UF Health Shands Hospital offers some of the most comprehensive medical services and is one of the Southeast’s leading referral medical centers. UF Health Shands Hospital operates a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and one of Florida’s four regional burn centers. It is also one of only 15 Agency for HealthCare Administration-designated stroke centers in the state and the only one in north central Florida.
